English summary on page 32 as follows: The paper deals with a rare type of sites in hoabinh culture - the open air site. Based on the research in a concrete site - Sap Viet site, and some others related ones located on the ancient terrace of Da River in Yen Chau district 9Province Son La), the author realizes that, that the Hoabinhian people, in dwelling or leaving from a place, based especialy on their vital needs and development conditions that depend again on these factors: the natural condition, the way of life, the level of developmentin the certain area and group of people. The author consideres Sap Viet as a vivid manifestation of the development tendency - maountainplain, and the cultured relation between these two areasthese two habitation spaces.
