Abstract: The pottery from one quadrant of the 1989 excavation season is analysed and characterised. Ceramics from Layers 4 and 3 of the Bronze Age share many traits with pottery from other sites in Central Thailand and also link the region to the Khorat Plateau. After a short break in occupation the pottery from Layers 2 and 1, dating to the Iron Age and Historic Periods, have stronger connections with finds from the coastal ports of the Gulf of Thailand and exhibit some external influences.
