English summary on page 112 as follows: The HoaBinhian hunters - gatherers lived in tropical ecosystem. Their major foods were from wild plants. Plants had a seasonal concentration of nutritious substances, therefore the economical activity of HoaBinhian people also had seasonal characteristics. Wild plants, like cultivated ones, had a cycle of "crop failure" and "bumper crop" creating food scarceness to human population in certain periods. Pressure of food crisis forced people to enlarge exploiting area. That process estalished gradually the local facies of culture.
