Abstract: Semi-fossil ancient skull of Mai Da Nuoc (Nuoc rock shelter) rather intact was discovered in the west of Thanh Hoa prov. with the date over 10,000 years. This is an ancient skull with characteristics of Australoid and Mongoloid which were mixed and undifferentiated as clearly as ancient skull at Liu Chiang (South China), Wadjak (Indonesia), Cohuna (Australia) . . . Together with other ancient skulls like at Mai Da Dieu (Dieu rock shelter) (Thanh Hoa) at Dong Can (Can cave) (Hoa Binh prov.)
