Abstract: This statue has been found in Rach Gia province in 1936 at the hill far from Oc Eo 8 km to the east. It was preliminarily introduced by Malleret. The statue nears a high cylindrical hat, having full round face, round chin, two little open eyes, small short and low nose, the mouth was open. The statue of 4 hands were holding body-guard things of Vishnu such as snail, round dish, club and globe. The body was with nothing in upper part and with sarong in lower part. This Vishnu statue had strange and particular features which were only found in the Oc Eo culture.
