Abstract:	Since Holocene, the sea-level in the area of the Ha Long Culture has changed a lot. That's one of major reasons to determine the time as well as variation of settlement location, customs in labour and production, in living activities of the owners of the Ha Long Culture in particular, of ancient inhabitants in general in this area.
