Abstract: The article introduces the blood groups, globule system, focussing on ABO groups and chemico-biological methods to define the blood groups in the bones in order to study the human races. Among 16 samples of human bones at Con Co Ngua site of the Da But Culture, two samples are of A-group and 14 samples, of AB-groups. By the way, blood analyses on the ancient human bones at Minh Duc site of the dong Son culture show the sample 88.MDM8 belonging to O-group and from Mai Da Dieu site of the Hoa Binh Culture, the sample 88.MDDM3 of AB-group: 88.MDDM5a and 88.MDDM5b of A-group.
