Abstract: Fragments of three decorated bronze bowls were found by alluvial tin miners in 1986 near Khao Jamook mountain, Ratchaburi Province which are compared with those previously known from Ban Don Ta Phet. Details of manufacturing techniques and metallic composition are discussed, reference is made to examples found in India, the association between tin mining and archaeological finds is discussed and the significance of high-tin bronze in Thailand's prehistory is assessed.
