Abstract: Myanmar is rich in its Archaeological Heritage or Cultural Heritage and Myanmar's Tourism is also based on the Archaeological Heritage of Myanmar. The destinations of 75% of tourists who come to Myanmar are its Archaeological Heritage Sites, the remaining 25% of tourists visiting other destination. Archaeological Heritage Sites or Regions in Myanmar also need to become sustainable for the present and the future. The issue of natural disasters and human made ecological and other problems are part of life in the modern age and present challenges to preserving Archaeological Heritage Sites. So, Archaeological Heritage knowledge needs to be familiar to all people in Myanmar. Education is a fundamental component of Archaeological Heritage Tourism programs and requires appropriate planning and management. There needs to be effective long-term protection and preservation.
