Abstract: |
The faculty of the Archaeology, at the Royal University of Fine Arts, was established in 1965 to study, research and preserve Cambodians rich cultural heritage. In this report, we would first like to give a brief account of the historical development of the Faculty of Archaeology. Secondly, we will address the influences on the faculties brought by different inputs from many kinds of supporting agencies. Thirdly, we would like to conclude this paper by pleading our urgent needs for a Khmer expert in archaeology and an archaeological laboratory.
